I just had my motorcycle tires replaced here. I had to reschedule twice due to weather, but Wild Side Powersport was always super nice about that. Once I dropped it off, it was done the next day. All chargers were explained & everyone was helpful. Wild Side Powersport comes highly recommended by me! I will be back for sure!

Fantastic purchase experience! It’s no surprise that they’ve been in business for more than 15 years. Wild Side Powersport knows how to take care of their customers. I bought a 2020 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT from Wild Side Powersports and Anthony was the salesman. I was having difficulty deciding between two bikes and he very fairly and kindly gave me his view on the pluses and minuses of each machine. Without being pushy at all, Anthony was informative, patient and obviously understood very well his motorcycles. I feel like I got a fair deal on the bike and the buying experience here turned out to be quite pleasant. He gave me a detailed orientation to the electronics of the machine and stayed after a half hour past closing time to make sure I understood its complexities! I might just buy another bike from here sometime soon.
Edit: after going to Wild Side Powersports now for almost 5 years now, they never fail to surprise me. Their service/parts department is super knowledgeable with really fair repair prices. The apparel department for gear etc. are really informative and helpful too! I can’t imagine going to anyone else. Highly recommended.
I recently took the delivery of the Polaris Ranger EV. Very Happy with the unit itself. I can not say enough good things about the people working at Wild Side Powersport. Anthony was my point of sale – very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I also made contact with Max in Vaughn’s absence. At the service dept. I had a few accessories installed, these guys are top notch Ron and the techs run a well oiled machine.
I was dealing with a small electrical matter and it was resolved to my satisfaction and beyond. These guys will absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I am in NC and wanted the 2022 Kawasaki Vulcan LT. I looked all over for this color and found it in Illinois. I contacted the dealership and Anthony walked me through the purchase process as well as transport for the bike. This was such a pleasant experience that I had to do this review. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the start the sales team including my salesperson Anthony helped me acquire my first and a very rare ATV. A specific ATV I had my eye on for years. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I think I made some minor modifications with the service department where Anthony took great care of me and made sure everything got taken care of accordingly. Took 1 day and the very next day Anthony himself helped me load it and secure it in my truck. I will most definitely be back for all my moto needs. 
I enjoyed working with Anthony. He is a handsome man and smells like pure customer service excellence. Susan took me back to my youth when my mom took care of me. To say that she is great is an understatement. Lastly, the big boss who sits in the corner office and has the secret stash of sparkling beverages was confidently soft spoken and generous with his stoic demeanor. Thank you all!!! Normally I would rate this business above 3 stars because I like what they do for the community, providing “entertainment and leisure” activities to the community. By that I mean if your 4 wheeler blows a tire you know where to go to get another. Today I tried going into the business and there was a sign on the gate that said we went to the races. On a Monday at noon, what races are you at LOL??? This is bad for business honestly. I understand having personal time for the employees but it should not interfere with business. With this type of business, it’s a 9-5 environment. Weekends are reserved for “playtime” which is what this store is needed for. I was gonna buy another pair of oakleys but I am thinking about going to river bend now.
